I founded NexSecure Solutions because small organizations still need someone who can see the whole picture, even when they do not have an IT director or a security team.
From my experience, the gaps usually sit between responsibilities. Someone manages the licenses, someone else handles the computers and nobody is quite sure who owns access, risk or the next technology decision.
My role is to connect that work, help you decide what actually needs attention and stay involved as the plan becomes part of how your organization operates.
