PRICING
Cybersecurity and IT support that fits your business.
You don’t need to know which cybersecurity service to buy. Tell us what you’re trying to accomplish, and we’ll help identify the right approach, scope, and price.
We offer clearly defined projects and ongoing support based on your organization’s needs.
A PRACTICAL STARTING POINT
Three ways to work with NexSecure
We’ll help you decide which path fits. These are examples of real entry services, not prices for every assessment, project or monthly program. Not sure where to begin? Use the Risk and Budget Advisor for a suggested starting point.
1. Assess a Problem
Starting at $795 per project
CIS Controls Quick Assessment
The entry project reviews agreed security safeguards and supplied evidence, then gives you priority findings and an action plan. Broader assessments, compliance reviews, insurance readiness and written security plans are scoped separately.
2. Fix and Strengthen
Starting at $2,750 per project
Microsoft 365 security hardening
The entry project reviews your tenant’s security baseline and makes approved quick-win changes. We also scope control improvements, vulnerability remediation and technology projects separately.
3. Let Us Manage It
Custom monthly proposal
Outsourced Security & Technology Management
One defined engagement can combine cybersecurity leadership, Microsoft 365 administration, managed protection, risk and compliance oversight, technology planning and vendor coordination. We agree on responsibilities, support level and delivery partners before quoting. Routine unlimited help desk, onsite support and specialized network work are separately scoped.

Find a practical starting point
Answer a few questions about the work you need. We’ll suggest a path to discuss with NexSecure. This is guidance, not a quote or security assessment.

CHOOSING THE RIGHT SCOPE
Start with the problem, not a package
Need to understand a risk, prepare for an insurance application or meet a compliance request? We can start with a focused assessment. Need changes made? We’ll define an implementation project. Need someone to keep watch and coordinate decisions? We’ll scope monthly support.
We consider your security concerns, compliance requirements, Microsoft 365 environment, IT responsibilities, vendors, budget and urgency before recommending work. We can collaborate with your current IT provider or MSP.
HOW PRICING WORKS
A clear price before work begins
1. Tell us what you need help with
Start with the problem, goal or deadline. You can use plain English.
2. We review your situation
We look at your goals, environment, requirements and who already supports you.
3. We recommend an approach
You’ll hear what to do first, what can wait and whether a project or monthly service fits.
4. You receive a clear scope and price
We agree on deliverables, timing, responsibilities and price before work starts.
Final pricing depends on scope, systems, users, evidence, urgency and service needs. Software licenses, outside specialists, travel and work beyond the written scope are quoted separately where relevant.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Pricing questions, answered
How much does cybersecurity support cost?
A focused CIS Controls assessment starts at $795 per project. The integrated monthly service is priced by written proposal after we agree on the environment, responsibilities and support level. A narrower Microsoft 365 security maintenance service starts at $750 per month after an agreed baseline; that price does not cover the integrated engagement.
Do I need a monthly agreement?
No. Assessments and implementation projects can be one-time engagements. Monthly support is available when you need ongoing ownership.
Can NexSecure work with my existing IT provider?
Yes. We can assess risks, provide security leadership or coordinate a defined project alongside your IT team or MSP. Responsibilities are agreed in the scope.
Do you offer one-time assessments?
Yes. We offer focused reviews of security controls, cyber insurance evidence and other defined questions. We’ll help choose the assessment that fits the decision you need to make.
How is the final price determined?
We confirm the environment, work involved, deliverables, timeline and outside costs, then put the agreed price in a written scope.
Do you work with small nonprofits?
Yes. We can start with a focused project and plan around your staffing and budget. We confirm any applicable nonprofit terms and Microsoft licensing eligibility separately.
You shouldn’t have to figure all of this out alone.
Tell us what is happening. We’ll help you choose a practical next step and price the work clearly.
