Microsoft 365 licenses, migrations, complex troubleshooting and security hardening are scoped separately. Administration does not include an unlimited helpdesk.
Your engagement can be a defined project or ongoing support where that fits the need.
PRICING
Starting at $350 per month
Microsoft 365 administration. For one tenant and a small team, we manage an agreed volume of everyday account, access and license administration. The monthly price changes with user count and scope. Security hardening, security maintenance and Microsoft licenses are priced separately.
Final scope and price are confirmed in a written proposal before work begins.
